Sleeping Bear Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Lake Michigan Shore
Tonight's quick sip is a gift on my last visit to Michigan. A bottle of Sleeping Bear Cabernet Sauvignon Albion Michigan located just off I94.
The nose is full of ripe cherry, blackberries, raspberries and a hint of milk chocolate. Nice bouquet. The mouth explodes with fresh raspberries and cherries. Oak notes on the finish with medium tannins present.
Michigan not just lakes, cars and cherries.....try a little wine next time you pass by.
Cheers
Dan
